"Spiritual Awareness-365" started on May 1, 2024, and continues until April 30, 2025. This is a free, online daily session of 1-hour duration. Each session includes 45 minutes of practical meditation to help you connect with your inner self, followed by 10 minutes of wisdom sharing by Meditation Coach Balaji Donthi to enrich your understanding of meditation and spirituality. The session concludes with a Q&A segment, allowing participants to clarify doubts and gain insights. The session is conducted in Tamil.
